Support Senses of Tumour

Senses of Tumour aims to ease your disease by entering the unconscious. The aim of the game is to destroy the tumour by creating music with the light and shadow extracted from medical imaging of the tumours themselves. Promote a healthy perception with the idea that it is perception that can change biology.

What’s your frequency zenith? Perceptually destroy the tumour: find the recipe for your sine wave smoothie!

It is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition or disease, and has not been proven safe or effective for any of the above purposes.

Andy McCafferty is currently seeking funding and collaboration with qualified, professional art therapists (see Reaching Out), software engineers and medical imaging specialists to determine, under controlled conditions whether the idea could be beneficial and safe as a therapeutic tool.

This website does not offer medical advice, treatment, or diagnosis, and those who have a medical problem (e.g. cancer) should seek medical advice from a licensed doctor or other qualified health care professional.

Please note the current stage forms a research and development project and does not currently exist as a standalone app to be downloaded and tested by visitors to this site. Andy McCafferty does not endorse derivatives of his research idea, therefore there must be a disclaimer of any harm that the use of derivatives of this idea into a workable app might cause through inappropriate use.

Any potential clinical uses of Senses of Tumour will only be investigated through qualified research partners in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Some elements of Senses of Tumour adopt The vOICe technology created by Peter B.L. Meijer, under fair use. The vOICe auditory display software is made available for free evaluation from www.seeingwithsound.com. Senses of Tumour abides by The vOICe’s license restrictions as stated on the author’s website. Andy McCafferty intends to develop his own software with partners for use in further developments of the Senses of Tumour project.
